Dealer Information: If you are an established antique dealer or an incurable collector with passion that exceeds your storage space, we invite you to join our community of dealers at the New Paris Antique Mall! Renting booth space at NPAM is affordable, fun, and a great way to earn some extra income from your overstock of antiques. If you’re new to the business, we would love to help you get started!

Here’s how it works: We offer booth space for a low monthly rent per the following fee schedule below, with a minimum space size of 49 square feet. Simply inquire for more information. All rental agreements are on a month-to-month basis. Dealers stock, price, display & manage their own inventory. We take care of the sales, tax collection and payment, and dealer payouts once a month. We host periodic pizza party/work nights for our dealers to come in after hours and work on their booths and enjoy networking with one another. We have generous advertising with a small sign on I-70, tourist highway signs on St. Rt. 40, and numerous regional and national publications. We work hard to market your antiques and increase your profitability!

Current Fee Schedule:
1st Floor - $1.50 / Square Foot
2nd Floor - $1.36 / Square Foot
3rd Floor - $1,25 / Square Foot
Basement - $1.00 / Square Foot
Plus 7% commission on all sales but no credit card fees charged back to dealers.
